Thailand Mae Chedi Anaerobic Natural
Thailand Mae Chedi Anaerobic Natural
Our first coffee from Thailand carries unique floral and herbaceous qualities we’ve only ever tasted from this region. Its distinct spice and herb melody reminds us of a winter strawberry jam simmering on the stove. In addition to a novel flavor profile, this is our first offering of the Chiang Mai cultivar. The local hybrid was created to support regional farmers, making it exclusive to Thailand.

Our First Coffee From Thailand
Fuadi Pitsuwan, producer and owner of Beanspire, has spent years developing the specialty coffee trade and bolstering a new, explorative outlook among the producers in Thailand. Pitsuwan’s innovation shines through in this cup. Before naturally processing the beans, he fermented the coffee cherry for nine days in a nearly oxygen-free environment to create a full body and winey sweetness.

Roasting Profile
Small Batch Coffee, Fresh-Roasted Daily to Order
We employ the Japanese notion of Kaizen in our roasting practice. This idea of “good change” or “continuous improvement” drives our team to keep daily records of their tastings, always chasing better, more delicious, more consistent coffees.
We roast small batches on Loring machines around the world, so our coffee tastes not only luminous, but reliably consistent, from Tokyo to New York
